Sponsorship Support
As contributing members of central Arizona, we care about the issues and needs that affect us all. We firmly believe that it takes each and every one of us, working together, to alleviate our society's needs. With this in mind, we provide sponsorship support to organizations, events/activities and programs that provide vital services to our community; align with our key initiatives and leadership principles; create awareness and/or provide educational opportunities about behavioral health issues; and/or, strengthen the social, economic and educational infrastructure of our community.
Sponsorship Support Guidelines
Thank you for your interest requesting sponsorship support from Magellan Health Services of Arizona. Please see below for sponsorship support request criteria and submission instructions. Sponsorship support requests are considered on a quarterly basis. All sponsorship requests must be submitted via e-mail by 5 p.m. on the deadline day to be considered. Submit completed applications to: MaricopaSponsorships@MagellanHealth.com. To be considered please complete the Magellan Sponsorship Application Form. Be sure to include all supporting materials. Incomplete applications will not be considered.
2012 Magellan Sponsorship Application Deadlines:
- Quarter One Application Deadline - 5 p.m., Friday, February 3, 2012
- Awardees notified by Friday, February 24, 2012
- Quarter Two Application Deadline - 5 p.m., Friday, May 4, 2012
- Awardees notified by Friday, May 25, 2012
- Quarter Three Application Deadline - 5 p.m., Friday, August 3, 2012
- Awardees notified by Friday, August 24, 2012
- Quarter Four Application Deadline - 5 p.m., Friday, November 2, 2012
- Awardees notified by Friday, November 23, 2012
