Notices of Action

This NOA section provides valuable tools and information to help you learn more about NOAs and successfully comply with the requirements. A Notice of Action (NOA) is a document that the Arizona Health Care Cost Containment System (AHCCCS) requires to be sent to its members whenever a provider makes a decision to deny or issue a limited authorization in response to a request for an AHCCCS covered service,  or makes a decision to reduce, suspend, or terminate a previously authorized AHCCCS covered service.
