Magellan Health Services of Arizona is working to transform the
behavioral health care system in Maricopa County. Our goal is to
better serve those in our care who are seeking hope and recovery.

Magellan's medical necessity criteria guide both providers and
reviewers to the most appropriate level of care for a patient.

Outcomes360
Outcomes360 is a program that service recipients, caregivers and
providers use to monitor and assess an adult or child recipient's
health and recovery.

Fraud and Abuse
Fraud and abuse of behavioral health services is a crime. Learn

ADHS/DBHS works with each RBHA to develop system of care plans to
identify network development priorities. See examples of adult and

A wide variety trainings for recipients and family members, as
well as for providers and RBHA staff are now available online.
